She has been diagnosed at 2 months with pseudobartter syndrome and failure to thrive. She is homozygous for 3090del7.She has pancreatic insufficiency and taking pancreatic enzyme replasman treatment.Pseudobartter syndrome history was positive. She has mild pulmonary symptoms. (Sweat test Cl: 120)
